Which medium can be dosed using ALLDOS equipment?   Basically liquids and gases. Appropriate materials are available for the dosing of either flammable, or toxic or corrosive media. For details, please see the Product Information sheets. For more specific information, please contact us directly or one of our sales offices.

What is the maximum working pressure for the dosing of a medium?   The maximum working pressure is 200 bars. This pressure can be reached in using the pumps of the DMH models 28x280 / 281 / 283 / 285 / 286 / 287 / 288 series. For details, please see the Product Information sheets.

Can I use ALLDOS equipment even in subtropical areas?   Yes. All ALLDOS units can be used in tropical and subtropical areas at ambient temperatures of up to 45 °C and in a very humid atmosphere. Our DMH models 25x251 / 252 / 253 / 254 / 255 / 257 and DMH models 28x280 / 281 / 283 / 285 / 286 / 287 / 288 piston diaphragm dosing pumps as well as our DMX model 226 diaphragm dosing pumps can even be used at higher ambient temperatures.

Can ALLDOS systems be installed outdoors?   Yes. Our DMH models 25x251 / 252 / 253 / 254 / 255 / 257 and DMH models 28x280 / 281 / 283 / 285 / 286 / 287 / 288 piston diaphragm dosing pumps can be employed e.g. in refineries and oil fields as well as other places with aggressive ambient air. Our DMX model 226 diaphragm dosing pumps are also suitable for outdoors installation and in aggressive air.

Can I dose hot media using ALLDOS equipment?   Yes. However, the maximum temperature should not exceed 150 °C.

Can I convey and dose large quantities using ALLDOS equipment?   Yes. The maximum dosing flow is 8000 liters per hour, when using pumps of the DMX model 227 series with two dosing heads. For further details, please see the Product Information sheets.
