Series DMH 280 models 280 / 281 / 283 / 285 / 286 / 287 / 288
Piston diaphragm dosing pumps DMH 280 models 280 / 281 / 283 / 285 / 286 / 287 / 288 series
The optimum capacity graduation between 0.63 and 2 x 222 l/h makes
this series of extra-rugged dosing pumps stand out. Three drive
sizes as well as versions with single or double dosing head are
available.
All models are equipped with universally resistant full teflon diaphragms
as well as with the patented ALLDOS diaphragm protection system
AMS and a vernier scale with a very fine graduation. A variety of
options is available, e.g. electric or pneumatic actuators, frequency
motor control, special dosing heads or a double diaphragm system
with breakage signal.
Reliability and accuracy guarantee optimum
process safety:
 |
|
High dosing
accuracy and exact reproducibility of the dosing flow. The
deviations in dosing flow constancy and linearity are below
1%. |
 |
|
High degree of functional safety
by standardised diaphragm breakage system, overpressure valve
and vent valve of the hydraulic system. |
 |
|
The pumps can be universally employed
due to the full teflon dosing diaphragm and optimum material
combinations of the parts in touch with the media. |
 |
|
Very easy adjustment of the dosing
flow: the dosing flow can be adjusted accurately, even if
the system is not running. |
Further functions:
 |
|
Especially for
applications in chemical engineering: adjustment of the dosing
flow ranges by different stroke numbers |
 |
|
The number of
spare parts required is essentially reduced thanks to a sophisticated
modular system. |
 |
|
Easy commissioning
due to the dosing head deaeration |
 |
|
Can be equipped with further quality
components, as electric actuator, motor frequency control
and diaphragm breakage signal. |

The pump types
DMH 280 models 280 / 281 / 283 / 285 / 286 / 287 / 288 and DMH models 28x 281 are optionally available with Etron Profi
electronics and diaphragm breakage signal |
Applications:
The DMH 280 models 280 / 281 / 283 / 285 / 286 / 287 / 288 pumps offer high dosing accuracy
as well as modern interfaces for function monitoring and automatic
control and regulation. Therefore, they are made to accomplish the
demanding dosing and regulation tasks of water technology and chemical
engineering industry.
