DMI Unidos
For the protection of water pipes from chalk and corrosion, ALLDOS
offers a solution of proven quality: Even very small quantities
of liquid phosphate and silicate compounds can be dosed accurately
with the diaphragm dosing pump DMI Unidos, in order to prevent
pipes from furring or deposits efficiently.
With the help of Unidos dosing technology
even existing chalk deposits are decomposed. Any new deposition
or corrosion is prevented by a resistant protective layer in the
pipework.
Precision and safety

Absolutely precise dosing of correcting
agents by electronic control. The dosing process is always
strictly proportional to the quantity of water flowing through
the pipes. |

Special feature: the dosing capacity
can be adjusted very precisely. This avoids dosing too much
or not enough. |

Automatic stop of the overload-proof
synchronous motor, if the counterpressure increases suddenly
due to short-term pressure shocks. If the pressure drops again,
the pump is automatically re-started. |

|
A control LED indicates every
stroke of the pump and provides easy control of the system.
A second LED flashes, if the correcting agent becomes short
and the pump switches off automatically: the empty indication
is directly combined with the suction line for this purpose. |
